Adam McFadden
Bio - Adam is a Hazmat Technician, Shift Training Instructor and Former Recruit Training Officer for Canada’s Largest Fire Service; as well as a member of the Joint Response Hazmat & CBRNE Team, & Rapid Response Special Events Team for the City of Toronto,Canada. He is also the owner of Firehouse Training, a private-industry fire service training company, developing various programs in the areas of industrial firefighting response tactics, lithium-ion battery fire tactics and safety, hazardous materials spill response, terrorism awareness and flammable liquids training. Adam has over 20 years of experience in the Hazmat industry, has completed Cargo Tank Hazmat Specialist Training, Hazardous Materials Incident Command & Hazmat Safety Officer training programs with the Michigan State Police Academy. He was also a participant at the Tracking Terrorism: Countering the Threat Symposium in Durham Region, Canada. Adam has spoken previously at various Hazmat Conferences including the Florida State Hazmat Symposium, in Daytona Beach, Continuing Challenge in California, New England Hazmat Conference, Hazmatcon: Hazardous Materials Conference in Michigan, and Ontario Hazmat Responders Association Hazmat Conference, in Niagara Falls, Canada just to name a few.

Bill has a varied 55 year career in public safety and occupational safety and health. His positions included safety management positions with the U.S. Army as both a civil service employee and contractor for 25 years. This experience has spanned both state side ammunition plants, depots, installations and overseas locations. He brings an extensive experience in high risk operations, manufacturing and emergency response. While retired he still serves the community as a volunteer fire fighter and member of the Cumberland County Haz Mat Team and LEPC.
Rebekah is currently the Manager of Emergency Management and Business Continuity for Penn State Health (PSH) in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Rebekah oversees all aspects of the PSH’s Emergency Management & Business Continuity Program across the acute care sites.
She is a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM), Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP), Certified Healthcare Emergency Professional (CHEP) and Certified Healthcare Emergency Coordinator III (CHEC-III).
Ralph Suppa is a Fire Captain, hazmat specialist, and nationally and internationally recognized speaker on lithium-ion battery and electric vehicle (EV) incident response. With over two decades in the fire service, he serves with a major metropolitan department and is a member of FEMA Maryland Task Force 1. Ralph is an active contributor to national policy and training initiatives, serving on the International Association of Fire Chiefs Hazmat Committee and leading efforts focused on emerging battery and energy storage risks.
Mark spent over a decade serving his community in EMS and firefighting in Pennsylvania, graduated from the Allentown Law Enforcement Academy, and honorably served in both the United States Air Force and the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He is a nationally certified Situational Awareness for Everyone (S.A.F.E.) Instructor, a nationally recognized expert in Managing FEAR, and a Certified Neuroscience Coach. His lived experience, formal training, and innate skill in reading people has made Mark a compelling communicator and educator.

Paul Manno is President of Emergency Management Partners, LLC, and a nationally recognized emergency management expert with 30 years of experience in disaster preparedness, response, recovery, and FEMA Public Assistance. He has managed more than $11 billion in FEMA grants, has been deployed on over 60 major disasters, and helped develop FEMA training and guidance. Paul frequently advises public and private sector organizations on disaster recovery strategies, resilience, and maximizing FEMA funding.
Special Detective Terri Heck serves with the Cumberland County District Attorney’s Office Criminal Investigation Division and is President and Founder of Summit Search and Rescue. A Pennsylvania K9 handler and trainer with more than 26 years of experience, she has worked bloodhounds on criminal investigations and missing person searches alongside local, state, and federal agencies. Terri is a qualified expert witness, American Bloodhound Club Trailing Judge, instructor, and nationally recognized trainer of bloodhound teams.
Mr. Zettlemoyer is the Regional Program Manager for Emergency Mgmt. and Business Continuity at Penn State Health. He leads emergency preparedness and continuity programs across a two-hospital region. Cameron served as an Emergency Planning Coordinator for Chester County, PA. He holds degrees in Emergency Mgmt. Technology & Organizational Leadership, is a Certified Healthcare Emergency Practitioner (CHEP) and Professional Continuity Practitioner (PCP), with expertise in healthcare resilience and incident response.
