Sponsor the 2026 Summit
"Planning Today, Protecting Tomorrow"!
The Cumberland County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) hosts its Summit annually each October at the Army Heritage and Education Center in Carlisle, PA. The LEPC works with businesses and facilities to plan for potential emergencies that may impact or potentially shut down their operations. This Summit expands on the success of prior summits that brought business representatives, safety personnel, first responders, local/state government, and professionals together to hear a number of worthwhile presentations. Each Summit is designed to be applicable not only to facilities with Hazardous Materials, but other public and private facilities that fall outside the SARA reporting requirements.
The LEPC is seeking organizations that would like to partner in the Summit with us by providing sponsorship. Sponsorship is available at platinum ($2,000), gold ($1,000), silver ($500) and bronze ($250) levels. All sponsorship levels provide an exhibitor space to showcase your services and the ability to speak to all in attendance about the services and/or products you can provide to them. The reality is that you don't want to meet your partners during a disaster, and participation in this event will allow you the opportunity to build strong relationships.
This event is free for all attendees and is funded solely by the LEPC and our sponsors!

Credit cards accepted. If you choose to pay by check or money order, your sponsorship is not confirmed until payment has been received.
